She is survived by: her siblings, Douglas Deason (Betty Merle) of Baton Rouge and Betty Jo Thompson (Morris) of Richmond, Kentucky; her nephews, Douglas Deason Jr. (Joy), David Deason, Bradley Deason, Ralph Thompson and Phil Thompson (Pam); and her niece Betty Anne Lewis (Tim). She is also survived by great nephews and great nieces, great-great nephews and great-great nieces and devoted friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Richmond First United Methodist Church or Ellison Methodist Church in Vaughan, Mississippi.
