We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2023, at the age of 62, Arlene E. Brown of Richmond, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlos B. Kelley and Loraine Brock Kelley; and her brothers, Garland Masters and Melvin Kelley. She is survived by: her husband James Dale "Jerry" Brown; and her siblings, Carlos L. Kelley (Peggy), Calvin Kelley (Jana) and Norma Hurst. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
