Anthony Tevis Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anthony Tevis of Richmond, Kentucky, who passed away on December 26, 2021 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Ed Shaw; his brothers, Charlie Shaw and David Shaw; his grandparents, Luther and Winnie Renfro; his stepfather Harold Cain; and his parents-in-law, Doris "Dot" Perkins and Elra "Perk" Perkins.
He is survived by: his wife Mary K. "Tiny" Tevis; his mother Pat Cain; his son Nelson Duane Tevis; and his siblings, James Scott Tevis, Royce Lee Shaw (April) and Michelle King (Marshall). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great nephews.
