We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2024, at the age of 88, Ann Margaret Plowman of Richmond, Kentucky, born in Winchester, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Brinegar and Houston Brinegar; her sons, Tracy Jr. and Johnny; her siblings, Houston, Jr., Sonny, Ronnie, Fanny, Louise and Ida; and her grandson Tyler Gilliam.

She is survived by: her husband Tracy Plowman. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; as well as the numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
