He is survived by: his wife Virginia Rose Foster; his son Alvin Wayne Foster, Sr. (Jerrie); his grandsons, Alvin Wayne Foster, Jr. (Sarah), Christopher James Foster and Justin Lee Foster (Nikita Curtis); his great grandchildren, Dessi Pearl Foster and Wesley Burlin Foster; and his siblings, Charles Wayne Foster and Mary Rose.
