He was predeceased by: his parents, Nevel Parke and Hattie Reeves Parke. He is survived by: his wife Gypsy Durbin Parke; his children, Pamela Russell (David) and Allen Douglas Parke, Jr.; his grandchildren, Jessica Russell and Andrew Russell (Natalie); and his great grandchild Lincoln Allen Russell.

Memorial Donations may be made to Bluegrass Care Navigators/Hospice of Lexington.
