He was predeceased by: his father Gobel Runner; his children, David Jenkins and Rose Turner; his brother Dallas Runner; and his great grandchildren, Emily Turner and Khalon Dewalt.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Runner; and his daughters, Cindy Cook (Corey) and Linda Kessinger (Bruce). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
