He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Belk Sowders and Floyd Belk. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Willis Belk; his daughters, Pam Talley (Terrill) and Sarah Johnson (William) of Bee Springs, KY; his grandson Cody Johnson; his great grandchild Tucker Johnson; his sister Linda Belk; and his brother-in-law Tommy Willis (Arithia). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
