She was predeceased by: her parents, James Rhodes and Mary Agnes Rhodes (Humbert) of Rhodelia, KY.; her husband Joseph Walter Manning; and her grandson Kyle Manning. She is survived by: her children, Kerry Manning (Denise) and Cathy Quiggins (Jed); her grandchildren, Jared Manning, Megan Vickers (Chris), Monica Quiggins and Tara Mingus (Kurt); and her sisters, Norma Mattingly and Florence Vessels. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
