He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Frederick and Mary Celestine Barr (Kullman); his wife Dorothy; his son-in-law Ed Turner; his grandchildren, Baby Barr and Christopher Turner; and his siblings, Zilpha Flaherty, Lee Barr and Forrest Barr.
He is survived by: his children, Diana Barr Turner and Keith Barr (Mary); his grandchildren, Aaron Barr (Taylor), Andrew Barr, Nathan Barr Turner (Gabby) and Nadia Turner; his great grandchildren, Waylon Barr, Brynlee Turner, Brayden, Brooklyn and Baylee Thomas; and his sister Elaine Miller (Ralph).
The family requests that all who attend the visitation or funeral service wear masks due to COVID-19.
