He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Edward and Frances Gertrude Rhodes Barr; his wife Margaret Louise Speaks Barr; and his brothers, Leon, Stephen, Eugene and Bobby Barr.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Rita Barr of Rhodelia, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
COVID 19 precautions will be required, including the use of masks and social distancing, during the visitation and funeral.
