He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Duke and Mary Joanne Conder Duke; his wife Rositta Andrews Duke; and his siblings, Linda Bewley and Billy Duke.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Owen "Mike" Duke (Sue) of Rhodelia and Robin S. Duke (Jason Bennett) of Rhodelia; his sister Joy Arnold (Jody) of Payneville, KY; and his grandchildren, Claxton Harris, Amanda Harris, Braxton Harris and Kelsi Duke.
