She is survived by: her children, Charles Brian Worley (Journey) of Whitley City, Craig Worley of Whitley City and Regina Hall (Lonnie) of Stearns, Kentucky; her brothers, Larry Clark of Revelo and James Taylor of Stearns; her grandchildren, Mathew Crabtree, Bryson Worley, Zachary Perry, Katie Worley, Kellie Worley, Silas Worley and Chas Hall; and her great grandchildren, Keyton Crabtree, Kinzley Isabella Crabtree, John Gabriel Worley and Nora.
