She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" and Anna Adams Coffey; her husband Harry Mullins; her son Clark "Joe" Mullins; and her siblings, Harold Coffey, Joyce Hart, Inez Gilbert, Dorothy and Doris Coffey.
She is survived by: her son James Mullins (Angela); her daughter-in-law Sondra Mullins; her grandchildren, Harrison, Susanne, Clark (Rachel), Clifford and Cassey; her great grandchildren, Alexis, Joseph, Samuel, Lola, Amelia, Emma and Nicholas; and her brothers, Howard Coffey (Sharron) and Gary Coffey (Jenny).
