She was predeceased by: her husband Onie Leon Mathis; her son Mark Leon Mathis; her parents, Henry Edwards and Mary Edwards; and her siblings, Mable Phelps, Katie Rudolph, Pauline Edwards, Lois Grace, Robbie Jones, Martha Grogan, Patsy Higgins, Paul Edwards, Steve Edwards, Gene Edwards and Glen Edwards.
She is survived by: her sister Yvonne Edwards Truitt of Paducah, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
