He was predeceased by: his grandmother Carolyn Thompson. He is survived by: his parents, Larry Thompson and Edita Thompson; his sister Alena Cutrer; and his grandparents, Levi Thompson, Clint and Kathy Ramey. He is also survived by two nieces, and several friends.
