It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenda Kay Parsons of Regina, Kentucky, born in Haysi, Virginia, who passed away on June 25, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Mullins and Margie Owens Wooten; her husband Jimmy; her son James; and her siblings, Johnny Wooten and Goldie May.
She is survived by: her sisters, Teresa Bentley of Regina and Debbie Tackett of Elkhorn City; her grandchildren, Joanne Moore of Haysi, Starlet Tackett of Ashcamp and Lois Gwyn of North Carolina; and her great grandchildren, James Douglas Parsons, Tiffany Parsons, Candace Hylton, Michael Tackett, Sue Ellen Parsons, Toddra Pavlik and Tyler Bentley.
