She is survived by: her husband Larry Smithhart; and her sons, Tim Jerger (Charlotte) of Henderson, KY, Rick Smithhart (Leann) of Chandler, IN and Chris Smithhart (Angel) of Henderson, KY. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
