He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his daughter Amanda Hundley (Eric) of Owensboro, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Laila and Bella Hundley of Owensboro, Kentucky; his mother Phylis Key Thorsen of Milton, Florida; and his siblings, Cindy Mayberry (Greg) of Milton, Donna Lamb (Ricky) of Leitchfield, Keith Raley (Lisa) of Mt. Sterling, Kelly Adkins (Phillip) of Portage, Sandy Nunley of Portage, April Louden (Kyle) of Plainwell, Michigan, Mary, Lauren, Josh and Audrey Thompson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
