She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Mattingly and Carol Mattingly. She is survived by: her husband Jonathan Phillips of Reed, KY; her children, Carrie Phillips of Henderson, KY, Chad Phillips (Lindsay Phillips) of Cadiz, KY and Beau Phillips (Ashley Phillips) of Henderson, KY.; her sisters, Carolyn Sue Heppler of Morganfield, KY and Bonita Hatfield of Marion, KY; and her grandchildren, Hannah, Ella Kornacki, Mason, Reid Phillips, Lucas Sutton, Allison and June Phillips. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins that were more like brothers and sisters.
