He was predeceased by: his parents, John Phillip Blair and Mary Emma Murphy Blair; his brothers, John T., Jerome Clyde and Daniel "Fuzz" Blair; his granddaughter Lisa Blair; his great grandchild Aiden McGehee; and his brother-in-law Dennis Peerman.
He is survived by: his wife Elsie M. Bickett Blair; his children, Charlene McGehee (Rex) of Owensboro, Daphne Nugent (Will) of Cannelton, IN, Michael "Joey" Blair Jr. (Angelina) of Owensboro, Shannon Glassco (Steve) of Henderson and Matthew Blair (Lindsey) of New Albany, IN; his siblings, Jerome Blair (Bonnie) of Owensboro, Ben Blair (Stanette) of Owensboro, Thomas Blair (Janie) of Owensboro, Robert Blair (Gail) of Owensboro, Mary Jones (John) of Fordsville and Angela Peerman of Owensboro; and his siblings-in-law, Lucy Blair of Owensboro, Trudy Morris (Mike) of Falls, Monica Kay Creamer (Bobby) of Owensboro, Ricky Bickett (Shirley) of Knottsville and Scotty Bickett (Kim) of Owensboro.
