She is survived by: her children, Shelly Woodard (David) of Reed, KY, Ginger Nelson (Truman) of Henderson, KY, Cindy Koonce (Wayne) of Alabama, Neal Goldsberry (Joyce) of Henderson, KY and Glenn Goldsberry (Donna) of Dixon, KY. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
