He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma Louise Smithhart; his granddaughter Marcie Winstead; and his siblings, Ann Varble and Melvin Smithhart. He is survived by: his sons, Tim Jerger (Charlotte) of Henderson, Rick Smithhart (Leann) of Chandler and Chris Smithhart (Angel) of Henderson; and his brothers, Maurice Smithhart (Fern) of Cairo, KY and Jeff Smithhart (Donna) of Reed. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
