He is survived by: his wife Shannon Holder; his sons, Mark Allen Holder of Calhoun, Brian Keith Holder of Calhoun and Ricky Holder of Spottsville; his pet Levi; his sister Helen Ann Staples of Owensboro; and his grandchildren, Baron Holder, Dylan Holder, Myles Holder, Terry Holder and Travis Holder. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
