She was predeceased by: her husband Milburn Ray Watkins; her parents, John Beasley and Goldie Beasley; and her siblings, Red, Bus, Earl Beasley, Irene Rooney, Shorty Scott and Dorothy Reed.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cinda Cooper (Gary), Linda Vanover (Melvin Hurt) and Glenda Ray Watkins; her sister Donnie Swearer; and her grandsons, Chad Goldsberry, Drew Sandefur and Noah Watkins-Morris. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
