He was predeceased by: his parent Vasel; his sister Freda Cornett; and his half-brother Jesse Smith. He is survived by: his fiancée Melissa Lucas; his children, Brandon, Dalton, Samantha, Ashley, Jennifer, Lexi and Patricia; and his siblings, Tivis Smith, David Smith Hendricks, Allen Smith, Allene Cornett and Donna Smith.
