He is survived by: his parents, William Shannon Skaggs of Lebanon and Kimberly Ann Shaver (Derrick) of Loretto; his siblings, Anthony Skaggs of Raywick, Kaylee Skaggs of Loretto, Gracie Shaver of Loretto, Andrew Shaver of Loretto, Jackson Skaggs of Michigan and Alexander Skaggs of Michigan; his grandparents, Tommy, Doris Spalding of Springfield and Teena Shaver; and his pet Butch. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
