She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Lee and Marcella Garrett Childers; her siblings, Carolyn Spalding, Edith Ann Wright, Charlie Childers and Harold Gene Childers; and her half-brothers, Bill, Elmer and Lloyd Hill.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Followay; her daughter Michelle Rice (James) of Perryville; her granddaughter Sabrina Graves of Perryville; and her siblings, Mary Burgin (Paul) of Louisville, Cecelia Devine (Jerry) of Shepherdsville, Jerry Childers (Vickie) of High Grove and Eddie Childers of Carrollton.
