He is survived by: his fiancée Kathy Gentry of Cave City; and his siblings, Cathy Thompson (Harold) of Raywick, Ruthie Kelty of Hodgenville, David Bickett (Callie Smock) of Saint Francis and Jerry "Spencer" Bickett (Rebecca) of New Hope. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
