It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Denise Mattingly (Raywick, Kentucky), born in Marion, Kentucky, who passed away on August 10, 2018, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Terry Wise. She is survived by: her husband William O.; her children, Kelly Milby of Calvary, Carrie Mattingly (Daniel) of Calvary and Chris Mattingly (Layla) of Raywick; her grandchildren, Austin Milby, Avery Milby, Harper Knopp, Jameson Mattingly and Odin Mattingly; her sister Lisa Ann Wise (Ali Raissi) of Louisville; and also Coal Buckett.
