He is survived by: his wife Loretta Wright Allen; his children, Johnny Allen (Tia) of Eubank, Kathy Smith (Joey) of Springfield and Alysa Wright of Campbellsville; his grandchildren, Matthew, Lincoln, Amiyah, Collin and Chloe; his sister Judy Huber of Mount Washington; and his siblings-in-law, Roberta Hafley and William Dempsey Wright.
