He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Routon of Louisville, Louise Abell (Nick) of Bardstown, Libby Peterson of Campbellsville, Frances Annette McIntyre (James) of Springfield, Steve Mattingly (Jeanette) of Raywick and John Mattingly of Bardstown. He is also survived by five nieces and eight nephews.
