She is survived by: her husband Freddy Leake; her children, Gwen Unseld (Rob) of Raywick, Angie Leake (Erin Ballard) of Bardstown, Lakeisha Withrow (Jamie) of Loretto and Justin Leake (Christy) of Saint Francis; her grandchildren, Matthew, Zachary Poynter, Kendra, Kaylee, Jacob and Elijah Withrow; her stepgrandchildren, Ronnie Joe Wheat, Shelby and Rob Unseld; her siblings, Faye Buckler of Springfield, Peggy Lee (Jackie) of Saint Mary's, Ricky Fields (Beverly) of Raywick and Brenda Fields of Springfield; and her siblings-in-law, Narelle Collins, Serena Mattingly, Karen Mattingly (Jake), Sherman Leake (Aline), Alvin Leake and Don Clark.
