She was predeceased by: her husband Timothy Douglas Leake; her parents, Alson Isaac "Buck" and Anna Louise Newton Tharp; and her siblings, Don Tharp, Bug Tharp, Angie Caudill and Debbie Tharp.
She is survived by: her sons, Jason Leake (Jennifer) of Raywick, Ricky Leake of Raywick and Mitchell Leake (Kayla) of Loretto; her grandchildren, Noah, Chloe, Izaac, Eli, Asher, Avery, Andrew and Aaron; her great grandchild Jasper; and her siblings, Dorothy Masterson of New Hope, Sue Smith (Eddie) of Loretto, Jeketa Leake of Saint Francis, Lucy Tharp of Saint Francis and Phyllis Hutchins (Pat) of Saint Francis.
