He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Jean Profitt Wise. He is survived by: his parents, Claude Wise and Viola Gail Walters Wise; his children, Rita Wise Land (Richmond) and Jesse Alan Wise; his brothers, Wayne Wise (Wilma) and Dorstle "Doss" Wise (Anna Gay); his granddaughters, Savannah Lorene Land and Michaela Elizabeth Land; his daughter Connie Lois Wise; and his siblings, Dorothy Wise Tipton, Retha Wise, Evie Wise and Floyd "Buster" Wise. He is also survived by his parents, his wife.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to the Compassionate Care Center, 350 Isaacs Lane, Richmond, KY 40475.
