She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Johnson and Vivian Johnson (Combs); her son Jeremiah Fox; her grandson Jeremiah Fox, Jr.; and her brother Shane Johnson.
She is survived by: her son Austin Fox of Beattyville, KY; her siblings, Chrystal Green (Jamie) of Booneville, KY and Shannon Johnson (Connie) of Irvine, KY; and her grandchildren, Kayden Blake Fox, Bailey Lashea Fox and Bentley Sparks. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
