He is survived by: his children, Phyllis Moyer (Ken) of Germantown and Terry Tipton of Ravenna, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Kenny Moyer (Jared Moyer), Teresa Tipton of Kentucky, Joshua Tipton (Sarah) of Warsaw, Poland, Andrea Moyer of Middletown, Kevin Moyer (Sheena) of West Alexandria and Jeremy Tipton (Chelsea) of Cynthiana, Kentucky.; his great grandchildren, Christopher Tipton, MacKenzie Pearl Myers and Luna Tipton; his niece Linda Chadwell of Port Charlotte, Florida.; and his friends, John Tipton and Jimmy Fox.
