He was predeceased by: his grandfather Oren Jay Lane. He is survived by: his wife Sara Michelle Rogers Profitt of Ravenna; his parents, Keith Profitt and Charlotte Lane Profitt; his grandparents, Charlie, Darlene Slemp and Pauline Ballard Lane; his sister Cheyenne Cox (Michael) of Stanton; his parents-in-law, Bobby and Susan Rogers; and his uncles, Richard Lane (Sharon) of Clay City and David Slemp of Clay City.
