He was predeceased by: his parent Anna Mae Burton Lovett; his son Christopher Dale Burton; and his grandparents, Grace Burton and Everett Burton. He is survived by: his sister Patricia Carpenter (Chris Gifford) of Brodhead, KY; his niece Ashley Ann Christian of Sidney, OH; his aunt Julie Burton of Brodhead, KY; and also Jim Rose of Irvine, KY.
