He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis E. Brown and Evelyn Oakey Brown (Phillips); his wife Carla Jean Brown (Hunt); his brother Ronnie Brown; and his grandson Jackson Oliver Coffin.
He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Faye Coffin (Lou) of Buskirk-McCarr, KY; and his grandsons, Benjamin Knox Coffin and Samuel Ellis Coffin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
