He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Marie Barker; and his daughter Brenda Barker. He is survived by: his sons, Herbert Barker of California, Donnie Barker of Florida and William Barker of Frankfort, KY; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Jason, William, Alexa and Olivia; and his great grandchildren, Kailyn, Ava, Dominic, Nora and Josilyn.
The visitation will be limited to fifty percent of our buildings capacity due to the Governor's mandate & pending steps to curtail the rising number of COVID-19 cases throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to any favorite veteran charity of choice.
