He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Holmes and Mary Holmes; and his brother Eugene Holmes. He is survived by: his children, Timothy B. Holmes, Jr. of Radcliff, KY, Tameka Y. Holmes of Radcliff, KY, LaTonya D. Holmes of Radcliff, KY and Collette Presbury of Philadelphia, PA; his brother Emmanuel Holmes of Radcliff, KY; and his grandchildren, Antonio, Jaylen, Anjali, David, Monique and Aalliyah.
