She was predeceased by: her husband Dale Winscher; her parents, Tommie Carroll and Sandra Faith Boyd; and her siblings, Roderick Fox and Rhonda Hill.
She is survived by: her children, Phillep "Danny" Rawlins and Stephanie Winscher; her siblings, Michael Carroll, Richard Carroll, Frank Wilder, David Fox, Joe Fox, Douglas Elam, Sharon Darnell, Peggy Watts, Sandra Fox, Sarah Fox, Rebecca Fox, Pam Fox and Cassie Tully; and her granddaughter Ophiliya Duff.
