She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elihu "Buster" and Sarah Johnson Noe; her children, Christopher Noe, Cynthia Harrell (Lomant), LaDanya Dean, Joseph Dean (Meagan), Shauna Dean and Tiffani Payne (Wellington); her grandchildren, Janea, Jalissa, Jackie, Seriannah, Soleil, Whitney, Olivia, Sabrina, Javon, Kaia, Wells, Ciara and Skylar; her siblings, Eva Wanda Kerr, Emily Dotson, Andrea Soto, Saranna Hodge, Hugh Noe, Anthony Noe and Jacqueline Colon; and also Sarah Noe.
The family asks that everyone please wear a mask at the visitation and funeral.
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy can be made in the form of donations to help with the funeral expenses.
