She was predeceased by: her daughter Melissa; her parents, Patsy Jones and Elmer LaRae; and her former husband John Albert Lane. She is survived by: her sons, Vicente Perez (Brenna) of Louisville, KY, Edwin Perez (Amanda) of Radcliff and Michael Perez of Dyersburg, TN; her grandchildren, Melissa Perez, Vicente Perez, Jr., Anthony Perez, Emma England, Jake England, Camden Breeden, Logan Cain, Edwin Perez, Jr., Tommy Perez, Brenda Perez and Savannah Perez; her great grandchild Maylanie Buckner; her sisters, Debra Showalter (Robert) and Mary Jones; and the father of her children Santiago Perez Fernandez.
