She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband William Chester Powell; her children, Chet Powell, Ricky Powell and Theresa Phlegar; her grandchildren, Trey, Chelsea, Kaitlyn, Evan, Ashley, Richard, Krystal and Tia; and her great grandchildren, Melody, Judah, Sadie, Seth, Shawn, Alexis, Mikaela, Easton, Caitlyn, Drayven, Adria and Riley June.
