He was predeceased by: his wife Anna J. Berghauser; and his brother Lawrence Wayne Hyatt. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Windsor (Thomas) of Radcliff, Kentucky and Gary Berghauser (Kimberly) of Anthem, Arizona; his grandchildren, Linda Piper (Karl) of Radcliff, Kentucky, Nydia Stenger (Michael) of League City, Texas, Aimee Shackelford (William) and Geoffrey Berghauser of Omaha, Nebraska; his great grandchildren, Diana Damore (Alex) of Sonora, Kentucky, Kaitlyn, Evelyn Stenger of League City, Texas, Grimm and Rowen Shackelford; his great great grandchildren, Leo, Joseph and Calliope Damore of Sonora, Kentucky; and his sisters, Patricia Hyatt of Stockdale, Pennsylvania, Carol Roberts of Roscoe, Maria Smith of Charleroi and Karen Peterson (Gary) of Indiana, Pennsylvania..
