She is survived by: her children, Jeffery Scruggs of Radcliff, Jonathan Vaughn of Fort Drum, NY, Rebecca Jackson, Tanya Lyons (Irvin) of Elizabethtown and Rhonda Scruggs of Radcliff; and her daughter-in-law Gayla Cleaver.
