She is survived by: her husband Fred Thomas Moakler, Jr. of Radcliff, KY; her children, Greg Moakler, Jeff Moakler of Radcliff and Christina Moakler of Radcliff; her grandchildren, Logan, Zander, Eli Moakler, Gavin Buckland and Maddex Feller; and her brothers, Mike Small of Louisville, KY and Nick Small of Sweden.
