He is survived by: his wife Shirley Masden Spivey; his daughters, Melissa Gibson (Chris), Tonia Spivey and Shelley Spivey; his stepchildren, Billie Jo Rowley (Michael), Amanda Sneed (Darrell) and Joshua Rowley (Felicia); his sisters, Gracie, Mary and Virginia; his grandchildren, Austin, Kane, Brayden and Mikey; and his stepgrandchildren, Devin, Chelsey, Jacob and Joseph.
